DISCOURSES OF EMPOWERMENT
SpeakEasy is a digital broadcasting platform launched from the administrative headquarters of the Intelligence Research Institute (IRI) in San Diego, California.
Our mission is to learn from folks that are making a positive impact in the world through a variety of disciplines ranging from National Security to Film Making. Starting January 2021, we are launching a series of certificate courses in Video Production, Audio Production, and Contemporary Broadcasting.
About SpeakEasy
Historically, speakeasies were small establishments that had no signage and hid any indication to the real identity, they often employed decoy entrances. They were often "invitation only" and reliant upon a trusted network.
IRI launched SpeakEasy to build upon this platform and create a proactive digital broadcast series aimed at sharing ideas while spreading knowledge.
Certificate Courses
Video Production
Produce digital short films and film podcasts that are streamed and published for multi-device broadcast. Collaborate with the Audio team on a short film project.
Audio Production
Produce live podcasts, music, and events. Create effects, apply equalization, and mixing. Collaborate with the Video team on producing a short film project.
Broadcasting
Broadcast is casting content simultaneously on multiple devices. Learn to broadcast live interactions, podcasts, and short film with audience using channel partners.
